Indosuez Wealth Management and Crédit Agricole CIB announced on January 12 the creation of Indosuez Corporate Advisory, a financial advisory entity aimed at shareholder executives of SMEs and mid-sized companies in France. This structure, equally owned by both entities, brings together more than 80 specialists.

Indosuez Corporate Advisory is the result of a merger between the teams of Crédit Agricole Midcap Advisors, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole CIB, and those of Degroof Petercam Finance France, affiliated with Indosuez Wealth Management, according to the press release. The new entity, equally owned by its two shareholders, employs over 80 professionals specialized in mergers and acquisitions consulting, financing and structuring activities, as well as capital markets support. The organization aims to provide enhanced expertise to mid-sized company executives and family holdings, the group indicates. The entity also caters to private equity funds for their strategic operations.

According to the press release, Indosuez Corporate Advisory offers support in various operations: acquisitions, disposals, company valuations, mergers, financing advisory, and capital raising on equity and debt markets. The entity also has a stock market engineering service. The structure leverages the sectoral expertise of Crédit Agricole CIB and Indosuez, particularly in estate planning, across various economic sectors: agri-food, wines and spirits, industry, defense, health, technology, energy transition, and real estate. Furthermore, Indosuez Corporate Advisory benefits from an international network through its affiliation with International Merger and Acquisition Partners, the company specifies.
