CSG Signs Three Strategic Partnerships at Eurosatory 2026
The industrial and technological group CSG announced on Monday the signing of three strategic partnerships at the Eurosatory 2026 exhibition in Paris: an agreement with Ukrainian company Ukrainian Armor on missile engines, a joint venture with Turkish FNSS for the production of armored vehicles in Slovakia, and a contract with New Space Technologies for the development of a specialized military vehicle.
AviaNera and Ukrainian Armor Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement
AviaNera Technologies, a subsidiary of CSG, and Ukrainian Armor LLC have formalized a strategic partnership agreement focusing on the development and supply of advanced propulsion systems for Ukrainian missiles and unmanned platforms. The agreement includes the provision of engines across several performance categories and plans for the future creation of a joint venture, expansion of manufacturing capabilities, and localization of technologies in Ukraine. This partnership continues the previous cooperation between CSG and Ukrainian Armor, aiming to enhance Ukraine's defensive self-sufficiency while facilitating the integration of advanced European technologies into Ukrainian defense platforms.
CSG Defence and FNSS Establish a Joint Venture for Armored Vehicles in Europe
CSG Defence and Turkish manufacturer FNSS Savunma Sistemleri A.Ş. have signed a framework agreement establishing a new strategic partnership. This cooperation will lead to the creation of Danube Defence Systems, a company based in Trenčín, Slovakia, dedicated to the production and supply of medium-weight armored vehicles for European armed forces and export customers. Upon completion of the transaction and fulfillment of prerequisites, Danube Defence Systems will be owned 51% by CSG Defence and 49% by FNSS. CSG will primarily contribute its manufacturing and marketing capabilities using the facilities of MSM Land Systems in Trenčín, while FNSS will provide technological transfer and specialized expertise. The flagship product will be the CFL-120 Karpat, a medium-weight tank based on FNSS's Kaplan platform, combining the firepower of a main battle tank with enhanced mobility and reduced logistical needs. Danube Defence Systems will also offer other variants, including an armored personnel carrier and an infantry fighting vehicle.
Excalibur Army and New Space Technologies Develop the Meander Vehicle
Excalibur Army, a subsidiary of CSG, and New Space Technologies (NST), a member of the KRILL B. P. holding, have signed a cooperation agreement for the development of a new specialized military vehicle named Meander. The vehicle will be based on the proven Kalan platform and adapted to the requirements of modern armed forces. Excalibur Army will define the military, operational, and usage requirements, while NST will handle the technical development, engineering, and manufacturing, including the production of the first prototype. The agreement spans three years and covers joint technical design activities, the exchange of expert knowledge and information, vehicle testing and validation, as well as coordination of the future development of the program. The first Meander vehicle will be officially presented at the Future Forces Forum in Prague in October 2026. This agreement establishes a long-term cooperation framework between the two partners in the development of advanced defensive technologies.
