Cyril Kammoun Appointed CEO of Indosuez Corporate Advisory
Crédit Agricole has appointed Cyril Kammoun as CEO of Indosuez Corporate Advisory, following a press release on January 12. This entity is the result of a merger between Crédit Agricole Midcap Advisors and Degroof Petercam Finance France.
Formation of a New Financial Advisory Entity
Indosuez Corporate Advisory is a new financial advisory entity formed from the merger of Crédit Agricole Midcap Advisors, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole CIB, and Degroof Petercam Finance France, which is part of Indosuez Wealth Management, the group states. This structure is dedicated to supporting SMEs and mid-sized companies, as well as their executives and shareholders, family holdings, and private equity funds in their strategic external growth operations and fundraising activities. According to the press release, the entity will leverage the expertise of Crédit Agricole CIB and Indosuez in providing wealth management support to shareholder executives. Cyril Kammoun's mission will be to lead and enhance the tailored advisory services of this new structure.
Extensive Experience in Investment Banking and Capital Markets
Cyril Kammoun has over twenty years of experience in investment banking and capital markets, the group notes. He previously held leadership roles at Degroof Petercam group, serving as CEO of the investment banking division in France, where he oversaw all activities related to mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and financing. Prior to this, he was a managing partner and executive at Oddo Corporate Finance, responsible for primary capital markets activities. He also held executive responsibilities at Calyon, Crédit Lyonnais, Merrill Lynch, and JPMorgan in Paris, London, and New York, according to the press release.

Throughout his career, Cyril Kammoun has advised major groups and mid-sized companies on significant top-of-the-balance-sheet operations, Crédit Agricole indicates. These operations include IPOs, capital increases, hybrid issues, strategic refinancings, and external growth operations. A graduate of ESCP and INSEAD, he will bring his expertise and strategic vision to Indosuez Corporate Advisory, aiming to support companies and their shareholders through critical stages of their development, the group states.
