The European Union court on Monday annulled the exclusion of business aircraft manufacturing from the European green taxonomy, a decision made by the Commission in 2023. The European court recognizes the unique characteristics of the segment and the potential of sustainable fuels. This favorable ruling for the Falcon segment, which represents a significant part of the group's activity, is not reflected in the stock price this morning.
The Saint-Cloud manufacturer also achieved an industrial milestone last week with the first flight of the Falcon 10X from Bordeaux-Mérignac. On the defense side, New Delhi had sent a formal request letter in early June for 114 Rafales, a file expected to be concluded in 2027. The stock is moving towards its support at €275.20, a level now key after the breaking of the moving averages.
