On June 4th, Dassault Aviation participated in the 5th edition of the 'Feminizing Careers in Aeronautics and Space' event, organized by its partner Aérométiers. Ten professionals from the group presented their career paths to several hundred young girls, from elementary to higher education, at the Air and Space Museum.

The ten ambassadors from Dassault Aviation and Dassault Falcon Service showcased the diversity of careers within the group: design, production, and maintenance. The meeting aimed to expose the participants to a variety of professional paths, some of which diverge from traditional roles, in order to broaden the horizons of the young attendees. Corinne, a fitter-grinder at the Seclin site for five years, shared the challenges she faced at the start of her career, emphasizing the importance of encouraging new generations to explore industrial sectors historically dominated by men.
