Dassault Systèmes Adjusts Its Growth Forecast for 2025
Dassault Systèmes announced a 5% increase in its revenue for the third quarter of 2025, reaching 1.46 billion euros, and an adjustment to its growth forecasts for the year, according to the company's statement.
Financial Performance in Q3 2025
According to the unaudited financial results released by Dassault Systèmes, the total revenue for the third quarter of 2025 reached 1.46 billion euros, marking a 5% increase from the previous year at constant exchange rates. Software revenue also grew by 5%, reaching 1.32 billion euros. Recurring revenue saw a 9% increase, largely due to a 16% rise in subscriptions. The non-IFRS operating margin improved by 100 basis points from the previous year, standing at 30.1%. Non-IFRS diluted earnings per share increased by 10%, reaching 0.29 euro.
Adjusted Revenue Growth Forecast for 2025
For the fiscal year 2025, Dassault Systèmes has adjusted its revenue growth forecast to between 4% and 6%, down from the previously expected 6% to 8%, while maintaining its forecast for non-IFRS diluted earnings per share growth between 7% and 10%. Rouven Bergmann, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, highlighted that productivity measures have achieved an operating margin of 30.1%, with a significant contribution from the 3D EXPERIENCE platform, which saw its revenue increase by 16% during the quarter.
Regional and Sector Performance
Dassault Systèmes reported that the Americas region recorded a 7% growth in its software revenue, while Europe and Asia saw an increase of 4%. The Industrial Innovation segment was a key driver, with a 9% growth in the third quarter. However, the growth in Life Sciences was weaker than expected. The challenges faced by the company include a transition to SaaS across various market segments. According to the statement, the group remains confident in its ability to continue its growth trajectory through investments in next-generation solutions.
