Simultaneously, Dassault Systèmes has refinanced its revolving credit line, maturing in October 2026, for a total amount of 750 million euros. This new facility has an initial duration of five years (maturing in June 2031), with two one-year extension options. It includes a 250 million euro swingline facility and an extension option that could increase the available amount by an additional 500 million euros. This operation was also substantially oversubscribed by a consortium of banks. Pascal Daloz, CEO of Dassault Systèmes, positions this financing within the group's long-term strategy, emphasizing the deployment of reliable and operational industrial AI applications. According to him, the digital transformation of companies requires much more than large language models: it relies on a scientific understanding of products, processes, materials, and production systems, a foundation that Dassault Systèmes has been building for decades through its virtual twins and industrial world models.
