DBV Technologies: $150 Million ATM Program Filed with the SEC
DBV Technologies has filed a prospectus with the SEC for an at-the-market (ATM) offering, allowing the French biotech to raise up to $150 million through the sale of American Depositary Shares. This arrangement provides the flexibility to raise capital incrementally on the U.S. market.
An At-The-Market Offering Program on Nasdaq
DBV Technologies has registered a new automatically effective registration statement (form S-3ASR) with the SEC, including a base prospectus and a supplementary prospectus. This mechanism updates its previously established ATM program, authorizing the sale of American Depositary Shares (ADS) for a maximum amount of $150 million. Such a program offers the company the ability to place securities in a staggered manner according to its cash needs, without the necessity for sporadic and large-scale capital raises.
