As a reminder, the agreement concluded on September 2 stipulates that Sol.One orders propulsion systems and components from Drone Volt for a minimum of €10 million per year over five consecutive years, representing a cumulative minimum firm commitment of €50 million.
Beyond this commitment, the two companies have initiated an initial commercial development that could result in an initial sale of the Saboteur drone.
Dilution of Approximately 8.6% for Existing Shareholders
The reserved offering results in capital dilution. According to the illustration provided by the company, a shareholder holding 1% of capital in circulation before the transaction would hold 0.914% of capital and voting rights following the offering.
Marc Courcelle, Chief Executive Officer of Drone Volt, stated that the completion of this cross-investment marks "a major turning point" and brings the partnership "into a phase of concrete commercial development around the Saboteur drone". The group will publish its third quarter 2026 revenue on October 14.
