Edenred consolidates its employee engagement services on a single platform
In an interview published on September 10, 2026, Edenred details the direction of its offering intended for human resources departments, structured around a platform designed to centralize employee engagement initiatives.
The communication is based on Constance Le Goff, Director of Edenred Engagement in France, who outlines the group's positioning in this market.
A platform to centralize HR initiatives
According to Constance Le Goff, the group offers through Edenred Engagement a range combining multiple services intended for employees: concierge services, psychological support, communications, employee benefits and engagement solutions.
The stated objective is to bring these initiatives together at a single point of access, whereas they are often dispersed across different channels. The executive relies on a study conducted by Edenred in 2025 in France, Belgium and Italy among 567 client companies, according to which employee well-being constitutes a priority for nearly half of the human resources directors surveyed.
Modular architecture and additional modules
The platform is presented as modular and adapted to the needs of human resources departments. It provides access to company tools (leave requests, expense reports, safety procedures) and integrates a survey module to collect feedback from employees.
Several modules can be added to it: one dedicated to peer recognition with the awarding of points convertible into gift cards, one devoted to content on topics such as parenthood or mental health, and another offering discount vouchers and special offers. Edenred recalls supporting tens of millions of employees for 60 years and being present throughout the world.
