Elis has announced the acquisition of Brazilian company Acquaflash, thereby reinforcing its growth strategy in Latin America.
Company Overview
Based in Brasilia, Acquaflash generated a revenue of approximately 6 million euros in 2024. The company employs around 380 staff members and specializes in laundry services for the healthcare sector, primarily providing flat linen.
Strategic Acquisition
Elis has acquired 100% of Lavanderia Hospitalar Acqua Flash Ltda with the aim of consolidating its presence in Brazil, a market considered dynamic by the group. The integration of Acquaflash into Elis's financial accounts will be effective from November 1, 2025.
Expansion Strategy
This acquisition is part of Elis's strategy to strengthen its territorial network in Latin America and to enhance its capacity to serve its healthcare sector clients in Brazil. Elis, which operates in 31 countries, is known for its circular service model and commitment to environmental goals.
