Elis share rebounds 2%, with RSI in marked oversold territory
The specialist in rental and maintenance services rebounded sharply this Tuesday, in an almost stable Paris market. This rebound comes as CIC Market Solutions reiterates its positive view on the stock, and as Elis participates today in the Kepler Autumn Conference.
A rebound that does not erase the pressure from declining moving averages
Elis gains 2.01% to €23.36 during the session, standing out in an SBF 120 practically balanced (+0.01%). The stock ranks among the strongest gainers in the index, but the advance is insufficient to bridge the gap accumulated over recent weeks: the price remains below the 20-day moving average at €24.26 (gap of -3.71%), below the 50-day moving average at €25.20 (-7.30%) and below the 200-day moving average at €25.47 (-8.28%). The RSI at 26 reflects marked oversold conditions, signaling that the selling pressure accumulated in recent weeks remains significant.
Over one month, the stock has declined 4.58%, and over three months the decline reaches 9.6%, so that today's rebound eases the pressure without erasing it. The support threshold stands at €22.90, with resistance to target at €26.06.
CIC Market Solutions maintains buy rating with €29 target
This Tuesday, CIC Market Solutions confirmed its buy rating on Elis, maintaining its price target at €29.00. At the current price of €23.36, this represents an upside potential of approximately 24%. The day is also marked by Elis's participation in the Kepler Autumn Conference, a market gathering intended for exchanges between management teams and institutional investors.
In this context, it should be recalled that the employee share ownership plan "Elis for All" was launched in early September with a 30% discount, and that upon the release of Q1 2026 results (July 29, 2026), the company had highlighted a marked increase in new contract signatures and organic growth close to 10% in Latin America. The next scheduled public event is the UBS Business Services, Leisure and Transport Conference 2026, on September 10, 2026.
