ENGIE: Clamadieu Reappointed as Chairman Until 2027
During its meeting on February 25, 2026, the Board of Directors of ENGIE decided to propose the renewal of Jean-Pierre Clamadieu's term as a director and requested him to continue his tenure as Chairman of the Board until the 2027 General Assembly.
Jean-Pierre Clamadieu will retain his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors until the end of the 2027 General Assembly, at which time he will also step down as a director. This reappointment will be proposed at the next General Assembly of the Group. Following the recommendation of the Nomination, Compensation, and Governance Committee, Michel Giannuzzi will be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors after the next General Assembly, and then Chairman of the Board following the 2027 General Assembly.
