Transaction Details and Market Operations

During the second half of 2025, the service provider executed 6,506 buy transactions and 7,157 sell transactions, the group reports. The traded volumes amounted to 868,623 shares both ways, with a total amount of 117.37 million euros in purchases and 117.26 million euros in sales. This parity in volumes reflects the regular activity of the liquidity contract during the period, aimed at promoting the liquidity of the stock and the regularity of its quotations. The difference between the purchase and sale amounts, around 110,000 euros, is explained by price fluctuations over the six months.

Liquidity Account Status

As of December 31, 2025, the liquidity account held no Euronext NV shares but had 20.03 million euros in cash, according to the press release. This position compares to an allocation of 19.97 million euros on June 30, 2025, representing an increase of 62,370 euros. The absence of stock holdings at the end of the period indicates that all shares purchased during the semester were resold, in line with the objective of the contract. This type of arrangement, regulated by European legislation, allows listed companies to entrust a service provider with the task of ensuring the liquidity of their stock on the market.

Euronext's Market Infrastructure and Operations

Euronext operates as the main market infrastructure in Europe, covering exchanges in seven countries including France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Portugal. The group hosts over 1,700 issuers with a total market capitalization of 6,500 billion euros as of September 30, 2025, according to the press release. In November 2025, Euronext completed the acquisition of a majority stake in the Athens Stock Exchange, enhancing its geographical footprint. The group handles about 25 percent of European equity trades on regulated markets and offers a range of products covering stocks, bonds, derivatives, and commodities.
