Exosens shares soar and post the best gain on the SBF 120
Exosens posted the best performance on the SBF 120 on Tuesday, in a Paris session that remained balanced overall. The stock broke through an intraday technical threshold at €62.65 and held above it, marking a notable rebound after several days of decline since the publication of half-year results at the end of July.
JP Morgan raises its target to €73 and maintains its Overweight rating
The session's advance coincides with a revision of analyst consensus: JP Morgan raised its price target on Exosens on Tuesday from €71 to €73, while maintaining its Overweight opinion. Against the current price of €63.35, this target represents an upside potential of around 15%. The revision comes as the stock had suffered three sessions of declines following the publication of half-year results on 28 July, which had nevertheless reported revenue growth of 15.3% and a record adjusted EBITDA margin of 33.0%. The market had then penalized the decline in net profit despite solid operational momentum.
The breakthrough of the €62.65 resistance anchors the rebound in the technical setup
The stock broke above its €62.65 resistance intraday and is holding above it, trading at €63.35. This breakthrough strengthens the rebound: Exosens is now trading above its three moving averages, 8.05% above the 20-day MA (€58.63) and 11.89% above the 200-day MA (€56.62). The RSI at 51 remains in neutral territory, leaving room before reaching an overbought configuration.
Over the week, performance remains modest (+1.12%), but over one year, gains reach 53%. The next level to watch is the €72.90 resistance, approximately 15% above the current price.
