Tania Philipp has taken up her role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Galapagos starting March 4, 2026. She succeeds Annelies Missotten, who will remain with the company until June 30, 2026, to ensure a smooth transition. With nearly three decades of experience in the life sciences sector, Tania Philipp previously held the position of Executive Human Resources Consultant at Vor Bio. She has also served as Chief People Officer, Vice President Head of People, Vice President Human Resources at Tango Therapeutics, and held leadership roles in human resources at Bavarian Nordic and other life sciences organizations. She holds an M.A. in psychology from the University of the Pacific.
