With nearly three decades of experience in the life sciences sector, Tania Philipp previously held the position of Executive Human Resources Consultant at Vor Bio. She has also served as Chief People Officer, Vice President Head of People, Vice President Human Resources at Tango Therapeutics, and held leadership roles in human resources at Bavarian Nordic and other life sciences organizations. She holds an M.A. in psychology from the University of the Pacific.
