IEVA Group Raises €7.3 Million in IPO, Aiming to Double Revenue by 2028

IEVA Group announced the successful completion of its IPO on Thursday, March 26, 2026. The offering attracted a total demand for 571,436 shares, consisting of a global placement of 402,357 shares to 13 institutional investors (70% of the demand) and a firm offer of 169,079 shares to over 2,500 individual investors (30% of the demand). The total amount raised was approximately €7.3 million, with €5.14 million from the global placement and €2.16 million from the firm offer. The subscription price was set at €12.79 per share. The settlement-delivery occurred on March 30, 2026, and trading of the shares began on March 31, 2026, on Euronext Growth in Paris under the ISIN code FR0014015ND9 and the mnemonic code ALIEV-FR. Following the operation, the company's share capital stands at €246,143.20, divided into 9,845,728 shares with a nominal value of €0.025 each. The market capitalization is approximately €126 million based on the IPO price, with a free float of 19.14% post-operation. The overall demand represented 91.36% of the initial offer.

Strategic Investments and Financial Goals

Bpifrance Investissement, through the Bpifrance BlueSpring 1 fund, committed to subscribing €3 million, representing about 41% of the funds raised. Bpifrance Investissement has a purchase option from TF1 Social e-commerce, exercisable between the sixth and twelfth month following the settlement-delivery, allowing it to double its initial investment at a price of €12.79 per share or the higher of the two between this price and the weighted average price over the last six months. IEVA Group has committed to Bpifrance Investissement to achieve a free float of at least 30% of the capital by December 31, 2028. The net proceeds of approximately €6.37 million are intended to finance and integrate external growth operations. IEVA Group is pursuing a strategy focused on three priorities: accelerating organic growth, continuing targeted acquisitions in France and internationally, and optimizing operational levers. The company aims to double its revenue by 2028, with a gradual improvement in profitability and a positive EBITDA expected as early as 2026. Major stakeholders including TF1 Social e-commerce, Crédit Mutuel Innovation, Jean Karam, Unilever Ventures Holding BV, SEB Alliance, and Reworld Media Ventures, who collectively hold 75.24% of the capital as of the press release date, have committed to retaining all their shares for 180 calendar days following the settlement-delivery, subject to certain customary exceptions.
