ING Appoints Bob Bakker as Director of Investor Relations
ING announced on Thursday the appointment of Bob Bakker as the Director of Investor Relations, succeeding Sjoerd Miltenburg who will now lead the Wholesale Banking sector in the Netherlands.

Since 2019, Bob Bakker has served as a Senior Investor Relations Officer within the Dutch group's investor relations team. During this time, he contributed to shaping ING's financial communication strategy and strengthening ties with institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies. He also advised the executive management committee on stock valuation and shareholder engagement. Prior to this role, Bakker held various leadership positions in finance, including Director of Finance Business Partnering at ING Bank Romania and Director of Finance Management Information & Advice at the group level.
