A licensing agreement on lacutamab in T-cell lymphomas
Innate Pharma SA (Euronext Paris: IPH; Nasdaq: IPHA) announced on September 16, 2026 that its strategic partnership with Sobi is now effective, following the expiration of applicable waiting periods with competition authorities and the fulfillment of other conditions.
This partnership, announced on August 10, 2026, concerns the granting of a license on lacutamab in T-cell lymphomas. Under the agreement, Innate is conducting the Phase 3 confirmatory study TELLOMAK-3 in cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.
An initial payment of 75 million dollars
The entry into force of the agreement triggers an initial payment of 75 million dollars and marks the launch of the Phase 3 confirmatory study TELLOMAK-3, with the inclusion of the first patient expected in the first quarter of 2027.
Sobi will obtain exclusive worldwide commercialization rights for lacutamab following a potential accelerated marketing authorization, and may obtain all worldwide development rights in the event of positive Phase 3 results.
Regulatory objectives of the TELLOMAK-3 study
The TELLOMAK-3 study will subsequently enable the submission of complete marketing authorization applications in major countries for Sézary syndrome and mycosis fungoides, the most frequent subtype.
