Interparfums: Up 5% Today, a Weekly Gain of Over 12%
The licensed perfumery specialist has significantly accelerated by midday, ranking among the top risers on the SBF 120. The movement extends the rebound that began in late May and is accompanied by a technical breakthrough closely monitored by traders.
A Resistance Breakthrough Confirming the Rebound Since Mid-May
By midday, Interparfums is up 5.45% at €25.56, after breaking through its resistance level at €24.92 during the session. The stock is among the top gainers on the SBF 120, which is up 0.53%. This movement extends the momentum of the recent sessions, with a weekly gain of 12.2% and a monthly increase of 8.21%.
The price has significantly surpassed its short-term moving averages (MM20 at €22.99 and MM50 at €23.34, with respective increases of +11.18% and +9.51%), but remains slightly below the MM200 at €25.97, the last barrier before a return to pre-correction levels. The RSI at 60 indicates a buying momentum still far from the overbought zone. The rise erases part of the annual decline, which remains significant at -25.38% over twelve months, following the multi-year low of €21.78 on May 18.

Fundamentally, the Paris-based group relies on an active portfolio of licenses. During the 2025 financial statement release (on January 22, 2026), the management projected an operating margin between 19% and 19.5%, and mentioned about fifteen line extensions planned for 2026, in addition to new franchises (Annick Goutal, Off-White, Longchamp) expected to support growth in the coming years.
The company also pointed to limited visibility for 2026 and a euro/dollar exchange rate risk. In the background, the Chinese cosmetic market shows some signs of improvement, with a 4.7% year-over-year increase in NBS cosmetic retail in April 2026, a potentially favorable data for the parent company Interparfums, whose Asian exposure remains significant. Technically, the €25.97 zone (MM200) will be the next marker to watch to assess the strength of the rebound.
