Ipsos Synthesio Launches AI Visibility to Track Brands in AI-Driven Search Results
Ipsos Synthesio is rolling out a monitoring platform dedicated to brand visibility in search engine results powered by artificial intelligence, responding to a major shift in consumer content discovery behaviors.
A New Offering in Response to the Transformation of Online Searches
Ipsos Synthesio has introduced a solution called AI Visibility, aimed at helping major brands track and optimize their presence in AI-driven search systems. This new offering comes at a time when about 50% of online searches now involve responses generated by artificial intelligence systems such as ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, Amazon Rufus, or AI Overviews. The platform allows client companies to monitor their positioning and that of their competitors within these AI-generated responses, identify the sources these systems use to respond to queries, and gain an understanding of search behaviors within their category.
Features and Modalities of the Solution
Ipsos Synthesio AI Visibility offers users the ability to understand the search terms favored by consumers, measure brand visibility relative to competitors in AI-generated results, identify the sources utilized by search platforms, and derive recommendations for improving positioning in these responses. The solution was developed in collaboration with MentionLab and is already available to major account clients globally. Ipsos Synthesio offers two approaches: an initial diagnosis or a transition to continuous monitoring. Thierry Lalande, CEO of Ipsos Synthesio, emphasizes that this offering equips brands to 'understand and optimize their presence in this new search landscape.'
