Neurones: Half-yearly revenue of €454.8 million (+7.2%) and annual guidance raised

Beyond the growth rate, the company raised its annual revenue guidance and reported an increase in its half-yearly operating margin rate.
8% organic growth in Q2, driven by Data and Digital
In the first half of 2026, Neurones achieved revenue of €454.8 million, compared to €424.3 million a year earlier, representing an increase of 7.2%, of which 6.9% was organic.
The pace accelerated in the second quarter, with revenue of €227.1 million compared to €210.2 million, up 8.0%, entirely organic. The first quarter showed growth of 6.3% (5.6% organic).
According to the company, the most significant increases concern Data activities, digital projects, ITSM missions (ServiceNow), and Business Process Management.
Half-yearly operating margin rate increases from 7.8% to 8.7%
The half-yearly operating result stands at 8.7% of revenue, compared to 7.8% in the first half of 2025, representing an increase in the rate on an identical half-yearly perimeter. This figure is presented as unaudited and after 0.5% in charges related to free share grants.
The company also indicates that it is continuing the deployment of agentic artificial intelligence, both in projects carried out for its clients (agentic platforms, agent development, recurring operation) and in the optimization of its internal processes.
Annual revenue guidance raised above €900 million
For the full year, Neurones has raised its revenue guidance, now expected above €900 million, and confirms an operating result target of approximately 9%.
Half-yearly revenue of €454.8 million already represents more than half of this annual target. The company claims a workforce of 7,400 employees.
