Mexedia Appoints Fabio Focarelli Barone as Administrator of its Subsidiary Stantup Service
The appointment was formalized by the shareholders' meeting of Stantup Service on August 10, 2026, on the proposal of Mexedia in its capacity as shareholder holding 51% of the capital of this subsidiary.
An Appointment Driven by the Majority Shareholder
Mexedia S.p.A. Società Benefit (Euronext Growth Paris: ALMEX, ISIN: IT0005450819) announced on August 14, 2026 the appointment of Fabio Focarelli Barone to the position of administrator of Stantup Service S.r.l., in which it holds 51% of the capital.
The appointment was made upon designation by Mexedia, in its capacity as majority shareholder, by decision of the shareholders' meeting on August 10, 2026.
A Financial Professional with Prior Experience at Mexedia
Fabio Focarelli Barone holds a degree in economic sciences from the University of Bologna, is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor. He has served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer within industrial groups operating in Italy and abroad, supporting listing processes and significant financial operations.
He served as Chief Financial Officer of Mexedia in 2021-2022 and is the founder of FB Capital.
