Keyrus Acquires NetPartners and Strengthens its EPM Platform in America
Keyrus announces the acquisition of NetPartners, a Brazilian consulting firm specialized in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) with over 30 years of experience. This move expands the group's capabilities on the American continent and strengthens a strategic growth platform.
Strengthening the EPM Platform on an International Scale
Keyrus has proceeded with the acquisition of NetPartners, an EPM consulting firm based in Brazil. NetPartners brings recognized expertise in planning, forecasting, financial consolidation, data engineering, and artificial intelligence, as well as sector-specific solutions in consumer goods, supply chain, commercial performance, and human resources. As a Gold Partner of IBM, the company combines functional expertise with technological excellence. This acquisition enhances Keyrus's EPM platform, positioned at the intersection of business functions, data, and artificial intelligence. The EPM represents an international activity of approximately 35 million euros within the group, combining profitable growth, recurring revenues, and a scalable operational model, structured around a regional go-to-market and a distributed delivery model.
Integration Focused on Intelligent Performance Management
The integration of NetPartners will accelerate the development of end-to-end offerings, expand managed services, and structure Keyrus's global delivery capabilities. Clients in America will benefit from enriched business solutions, connecting performance management, data engineering, and artificial intelligence. Keyrus aims to evolve EPM towards Intelligent Performance Management, where data and artificial intelligence are combined to provide unlimited computing capabilities and dimensions, enabling real-time performance orchestration. The management teams of NetPartners will remain in place to ensure operational continuity.
