Legrand Sustains Growth with a 14.5% Increase in Sales

Financial Performance in Detail
Over the first nine months of 2025, Legrand achieved a turnover of 6,971.4 million euros, an increase of 11.9% compared to the same period in 2024. Organic sales growth stood at 8.2%, particularly driven by the datacenter segment, while perimeter effects contributed to a 5.8% rise. The Group's net income showed a growth of 7.0%, reaching 892.3 million euros, representing 12.8% of the turnover. The free cash flow increased by 16.3%, amounting to 871 million euros, or 12.5% of the turnover. A decrease of 2.6% in net financial debt was also noted, which stood at 3,121.7 million euros as of September 30, 2025.
Strategic Acquisitions
Since the beginning of the year, Legrand has made seven acquisitions in the fields of energy transition and digital transformation, generating an additional annual turnover of nearly 500 million euros. These acquisitions include Amperio Project in Switzerland and Avtron Power Solutions in the United States, both focused on datacenters. The company also acquired firms such as Cogelec in France and Quitérios in Portugal, strengthening its presence in digital lifestyles and energy transition.
Annual Targets for 2025
The group has maintained its annual targets for 2025, revised upwards in July, aiming for an organic and acquisition-driven sales growth between 10% and 12%, and an adjusted operating margin of 20.5% to 21.0%. Legrand focuses on a profitable and responsible development strategy, in line with its strategic roadmap for 2030. The company also highlights a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) achievement rate of at least 100% for the first year of its 2025-2027 program. These forecasts are aligned with promising indicators in the datacenter and digital lifestyle segments.
