Lucibel postpones 2025 accounts beyond October 27 amid collective proceedings
The French manufacturer of lighting devices is deferring the presentation of its annual and consolidated accounts as part of collective proceedings pending before the Rouen Commercial Court.

Lucibel announced on September 9, 2026 the postponement of the publication of its 2025 annual accounts as well as the consolidated accounts of the Group. These documents will be published at a date later than October 27, 2026.
This date corresponds to the next hearing scheduled at the Rouen Commercial Court, as part of the ongoing collective proceedings concerning the company.
