Lucibel: Revenue down 47% in H1, €400k raised at Procédés Hallier
Lucibel finalized on July 31st a capital increase of €400k within its subsidiary Procédés Hallier, intended to keep this entity outside its judicial reorganization. In parallel, the group announces consolidated revenue of €1,628k in the first half of 2026, down 47% year-on-year, reflecting the impact of the judicial reorganization of Lucibel SA and Lucibelle Paris in January 2026.
Procédés Hallier strengthened by an external contribution of €400k
Lucibel's subsidiary, specializing in museum and tertiary sector lighting, benefited from a subscription by a qualified investor totaling €400k in equity.
Following this transaction, finalized on July 31st, Lucibel SA holds 54.51% of Procédés Hallier's capital, with the qualified investor having subscribed to 17.46% of the capital. This capital injection aims to strengthen the subsidiary's financial structure and enable it to continue its operations "under normal operating conditions, outside the judicial reorganization procedure" into which Lucibel SA entered in January 2026.
Procédés Hallier, which manufactures its luminaires in Montreuil and has held the State label "Living Heritage Company" since early 2025, saw its activity scope expand in November 2025 following a partial transfer of assets from the "Lucibel pro" division of its parent company. This expansion integrated the tertiary lighting segment (offices in particular) to its historical specialty of museum lighting.
Consolidated revenue down 47% in the first half
The group reported consolidated revenue of €1,628k over the first six months of 2026, down 47% compared to the first half of 2025.
This decline is notably explained by the impact of the judicial reorganization of Lucibel SA and Lucibelle Paris, its cosmetics subsidiary, in January 2026, on the activity level of these two entities. Procédés Hallier, kept outside this procedure, remains consolidated at the group level.
The group's approach consists of providing this subsidiary with external financial resources while keeping it outside the scope of the judicial reorganization.
