The Board of Directors has decided to merge the roles of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Nathalie Vranken, previously the CEO, is appointed as the Chairman of the Board and now also serves as the Chairman and CEO of the company. Mr. Paul-François Vranken, previously the Chairman of the Board, remains a board member.
Postponement of the Universal Registration Document Publication and General Meeting
The company has postponed the publication of its universal registration document for the fiscal year 2025, originally scheduled for April 27, 2026, to a later date. The annual general meeting is also postponed until after June 4, 2026. This delay occurs in a context of ongoing discussions with financial institutions regarding the refinancing of its business plan, particularly concerning the deferral of a €50 million due date on April 29, 2026.
