Mare Nostrum Undergoes Reorganization
Mare Nostrum, a human resources expert for SMEs/ETIs, announces a structural reorganization and new governance aimed at enhancing its performance and operational efficiency. This restructuring follows the divestitures of Altros and AT Patrimoine, completed in October 2025.
Refocusing on Core Business
Mare Nostrum has refocused on its core business by structuring the Group around four pillars: Temporary Work, Training, Recruitment, and HR Services. This shift includes a clarification of the brand portfolio, with Trident TT for Temporary Work, Platinium Skills and Arcadia Campus for Training, and Neptune RH for Recruitment. The Group thus aims for a more readable and agile organization to accelerate decision-making and optimize costs.
New Governance Structure
Mare Nostrum has implemented a governance focused around the three founders and two independent board members, supported by a Management Committee of 15 people encompassing support and operational functions. Steering Committees are tasked with deploying development strategies within the Group's entities. Since October 2025, a new commercial season themed 'The Phoenix' has been mobilizing teams around monthly structural challenges until June 2026, aiming to strengthen the fundamentals of the model and customer relations.
