Nextensa and Promobe Sell B&B Hotels at Cloche-d'Or for €37.4M
Nextensa and Promobe announced on Thursday the sale of their shares in the company owning the B&B Hotels located at Cloche d'Or in Luxembourg. The buyer is Aberdeen Investments, acting on behalf of Irish Life Investment Managers, for an amount of €37.4 million.
An Establishment Opened Since September 2025
The hotel, rated Three Stars Superior, opened its doors in September 2025 and marks the arrival of the French hotel brand in Luxembourg. The building was delivered in July 2025. The establishment offers 150 rooms aimed at business travelers and tourists.
The joint venture between Promobe and Nextensa, along with the project developer Grossfeld, oversaw the development and delivery of the building. The hotel benefits from a location close to shops, offices, health facilities, and green spaces.
Strategic Location in the Cloche d'Or District
The B&B Hotels is located in the Cloche d'Or district, a mixed-use environment combining the offices of large international companies, local shops, a shopping center, a medical center, and the city's largest park. The site benefits from immediate proximity to the tramway, public transport, and major roadways, favoring all modes of sustainable transport, and has received DGNB Platinum certification.
The establishment was designed by architect Moreno and includes seven above-ground floors and a basement housing parking and technical facilities. The lobby, a bar/lounge area, a breakfast room, a meeting room, and a large private terrace complete the offerings.
