Omer-Decugis & Cie achieved a revenue of 64.9 million euros for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2024/25, recording an increase of 19.2% compared to the same period last year. For the full year, the group reported an annual revenue of 284.8 million euros, which represents an increase of 15.3% compared to the fiscal year 2023/24. The SIIM division, which showed strong growth momentum, generated a revenue of 223.1 million euros, up by 20.2%. The wholesale segment experienced a slight growth of 0.6%, reaching a revenue of 61.7 million euros.
Expansion Plans
Omer-Decugis & Cie plans to increase its capacity through a new logistics site at Dunkerque-Port, with construction set to begin in the coming months. This development is part of an integrated growth strategy aimed at consolidating activities in France and internationally. The group plans to introduce a new strategic plan at the beginning of 2026 to guide its future growth.
Sustained Growth and Future Outlook
The group has closed its fifteenth consecutive year of growth, surpassing the target of 230 million euros set at its IPO. Omer-Decugis & Cie has a solid foundation with its international locations and production sites in Africa and Latin America. Looking forward, the company anticipates continued development, supported by the growing demand for exotic and ethnic fruits, despite margin pressures on certain ranges, particularly bananas and pineapples.
