Acquisition of the Campanile Vannes Property by One Nest

One Experience has finalized a real estate club deal aimed at acquiring the property of the Campanile hotel located in Vannes, which includes 56 rooms. The establishment continues to be operated by Louvre Hotels Group under a management lease. One Nest, a subsidiary of the group, handled the asset sourcing, legal and financial structuring, as well as its future management until its valuation and potential sale. This operation falls within the scope of One Nest's activities, which supports companies, investors, and property owners in two areas: corporate real estate transactions and property management. The subsidiary structures club deals for private investors, selecting assets operated by recognized brands and favoring long-term leases with leading operators.

Two Complementary Models in Budget Hospitality

One Experience continues its development in budget hospitality through two complementary models. One Nest structures real estate club deals for external investors, generating management fees. Concurrently, One Hospitality Assets, a newly created platform within the group, acquires property walls and directly operates the hotel business funds, building a portfolio that generates recurring revenue. This dual approach allows the group to combine a key-turn operation structuring activity with the gradual accumulation of a directly owned hotel real estate portfolio. According to Edouard Masseau, President of One Experience, this duality demonstrates the coherence of the development model and the group's ability to serve both external investors and its own property goals.
