The collaboration project is based on a joint commercial approach aimed at enhancing regional synergies and jointly developing innovative solutions. Orange Business and Tech Mahindra plan to provide secure, scalable, and AI-optimized solutions to meet the growing demand from international organizations. The partnership would involve outsourcing some of Orange Business's international customer support and parts of the quoting, ordering, billing, and after-sales activities located outside of France to Tech Mahindra. Orange Business would continue to directly manage end-to-end services for certain critical segments, including operations in France, ensuring full compliance with French and European regulations.

The combination of Orange Business's unique international positioning with the agility and scale of Tech Mahindra is expected to accelerate automation and enhance operational efficiency.
