Philips Proposes Reappointment of Roy Jakobs as Chairman
Royal Philips announced on Tuesday the proposal for the reappointment of Roy Jakobs as President/CEO and member of the Executive Board. This decision will be submitted for approval at the general shareholders' meeting on May 8, 2026.
Roy Jakobs, currently serving as President/CEO and member of the Management Board at Royal Philips, is proposed for reappointment in these same roles. The Supervisory Board made this decision in recognition of the progress made since 2022 and the confidence it has in his leadership as Philips enters a new phase of profitable growth.
