According to the press release, the shareholders, under the chairmanship of Didier Michaud-Daniel, Executive Chairman of the Board, adopted the financial statements for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2025. They also approved the distribution of a dividend of 0.38 euros per ordinary share for this fiscal year. The dividend will be detached on December 19, 2025, with the record date set for December 22, and payment on December 23, the company specifies.
