Quadient Expands Its Cloud Archiving Solution to the Americas with Solix Technologies
Quadient announces the geographical expansion of its Inspire Digital Vault cloud archiving solution, now available in North America and South America. This expansion leverages a partnership with Solix Technologies to enhance enterprise archiving capabilities.
An Archiving Solution Deployed Across Four Continents
Quadient, a business transaction automation platform listed on Euronext Paris (QDT), is expanding the availability of Quadient Inspire Digital Vault, a cloud-native archiving and recovery solution designed to store, manage, and retrieve high volumes of customer communications and corporate documents. Initially launched successfully in Europe and Asia-Pacific in September 2024, Inspire Digital Vault now covers North America and South America. This extension occurs in strategic partnership with Solix Technologies, a global leader in enterprise data management and information lifecycle governance.
Integration into the Complete Lifecycle of Customer Communications
Inspire Digital Vault integrates with Quadient Inspire, Quadient's Customer Communication Management (CCM) solution. The architecture combines the capabilities of Solix and Quadient with end-to-end encryption, audit trails, version management, and an elastic multi-tenant SaaS architecture designed to meet the requirements of large enterprises. This integration ensures a seamless communication lifecycle, from design and composition through omnichannel distribution, to archiving and recovery in a controlled environment.
Addressing the Challenges of Communication Data Governance
Organizations face growing content volumes, increased regulatory scrutiny, and the need for quick access to often dispersed communication histories across platforms, portals, shared files, and outdated systems. Inspire Digital Vault replaces these fragmented archives with a secure, compliant, cloud-native solution designed for scalability and audit readiness.
