Racing Force Records Record Sales in Q4 2025 with a 21% Growth Over Three Months

Racing Force S.p.A. released its sales results for the fourth quarter and the entire fiscal year of 2025 on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. The company, specializing in safety components for motorsport, reported a consolidated turnover of 17.9 million euros in Q4 2025, up by 20.9% from 14.8 million euros in Q4 2024, and 73.1 million euros for the year, marking an 11.4% increase from 65.7 million euros in 2024.

Detailed Financial Performance

The consolidated turnover for the fourth quarter of 2025 amounted to 17.9 million euros, an increase of 3.1 million euros or 20.9% compared to 14.8 million euros in Q4 2024. At constant exchange rates, this growth reached 23.0%. On a like-for-like basis, excluding revenues generated by the joint venture Zeronoise Communication Services Wll, operational since July 2025, the quarter's growth was 20.3% (22.3% at constant exchange rates). For the full fiscal year 2025, the consolidated turnover reached 73.1 million euros, up by 7.5 million euros or 11.4% compared to 65.7 million euros in 2024 (12.3% at constant exchange rates). The like-for-like annual growth was 10.6% (11.5% at constant exchange rates). Order intake in the fourth quarter saw significant double-digit growth compared to the previous year, in line with the performance of the first nine months. The Q4 2025 turnover exceeded expectations according to the release.

The Driver's Equipment division grew by 6.7 million euros or 13.8% in 2025, driven by OMP brand racing suits and Bell helmets, supported by the success of new models approved according to the latest safety standards. In the fourth quarter, this division recorded an additional growth of 2.4 million euros or 22.4%. The Car Parts division saw its revenues decrease by 0.6 million euros or 4.4%, mainly due to delays in the production programs of some major manufacturers involved in motorsport. The Other segment recorded strong growth of 1.4 million euros or 30.6% in 2025, thanks to sales of Racing Spirit branded apparel (22.1%), contributions from Zeronoise Communication Services Wll for 0.5 million euros, and the first deliveries of HPS helmets to the Dutch Ministry of Justice in Q4 2025 for 0.5 million euros. Geographically, the EMEA macro-region recorded a growth of 6.3 million euros or 14.6% annually and 2.8 million euros or 29.3% in Q4 2025. Excluding Zeronoise, EMEA growth was 13.4% annually and 28.2% in Q4, supported by increased sales of Bell helmets compliant with the new FIA standard, which came into effect at the beginning of the year. In the Americas, the 2025 turnover amounted to 16.5 million euros, up by 1.3 million euros (8.4% at current exchange rates, 12.5% at constant exchange rates), driven by OMP driver equipment and Bell helmets. Q4 2025 marked an acceleration with a growth of 13.2% (21.9% at constant exchange rates), following the implementation of new Snell standards in October. In Asia-Pacific, the annual turnover stood at 7.5 million euros, slightly down by 0.1 million euros or 1.2%, reflecting double-digit growth in major markets including China and Japan, offset by a different purchasing planning of a major distributor in Australia, with deliveries postponed to the first quarter of 2026.

Sales Channel Analysis

By distribution channel, Distributors generated a turnover of 41.9 million euros in 2025, up by 2.5 million euros or 6.5%. A strong progression was recorded in the fourth quarter, amounting to 2.4 million euros or 30.5% compared to Q4 2024. Sales to Teams and Automotive Manufacturers increased by 1.7 million euros or 9.9%, supported by technical partnership agreements in major championships. Sales to clients categorized as Other recorded a growth of 3.2 million euros or 34.4% over the year, and 0.6 million euros or 21.5% in the fourth quarter, mainly due to revenues from Racing Spirit products aimed at corporate clients, contributions from Zeronoise Communication Services, and the first deliveries of riot helmets to the Dutch Ministry of Justice in Q4 2025. Racing Force Group's financial statements will be approved on March 25, 2026, and the results will be presented during a conference call on March 26, 2026.
