Rémy Cointreau Sees Organic Growth in Q3 and Confirms Annual Targets
Rémy Cointreau has released its results for the first nine months of the 2025-26 fiscal year and confirmed its annual targets.
Financial Performance Overview
Rémy Cointreau reported revenue of 735.4 million euros for the first nine months of the 2025-26 fiscal year, marking a decline of -1.9% organically and -6.6% in reported figures. The reported decline includes an unfavorable currency effect of -4.7%, mainly due to fluctuations in the dollar and renminbi. In the third quarter, the group recorded an organic growth of +2.8%. The Cognac division saw an organic increase of +3.2% in Q3, while the Liqueurs & Spirits division reported a rise of +2.8% organically in Q3. The Partner Brands recorded a decline of -9.3% organically in Q3.
Regional Performance and Financial Outlook
The Americas region displayed solid growth for the fourth consecutive quarter. The APAC region experienced a slight decline: in China, sales were impacted by an unfavorable calendar effect related to the Chinese New Year, although, adjusted for this effect, China's performance was nearly stable; the rest of Asia showed strong growth. The EMEA region returned to growth in Q3. The group has confirmed its 2025-26 targets: organic revenue growth ranging from stable to low-single-digit, and an organic decline in Current Operating Income (COI) between low double-digit and mid-teens. The group anticipates an unfavorable currency impact on revenue between -50 million euros and -60 million euros, and on COI between -25 million euros and -30 million euros. The transformation plan announced at the end of November has entered the execution phase at the beginning of 2026 with an in-depth diagnosis planned until April, followed by deployment expected in the first quarter of 2026-27.
