The Supervisory Board terminated the mandates of member and President of the Executive Board of Guillaume Demulier on July 30, 2026. Éric Amourdedieu, who previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer and member of the Executive Board, was appointed President of the Executive Board with immediate effect. A graduate engineer from École Centrale Paris and holder of a DESS in Management from Paris-Dauphine University, Amourdedieu joined the Group in 2001 after serving as product manager and marketing director at L'Oréal.
