On December 3, 2025, Saint-Gobain canceled 4,243,098 self-held shares, thereby reducing the total number of shares in its capital to 495 million. Following this operation, the number of shares in circulation is now 493 million, compared to 497 million at the end of December 2024. This decision reflects the Group's intention to actively manage its capital to support value creation for its shareholders.

Investment in Share Buybacks

In 2025, Saint-Gobain allocated 402 million euros to the repurchase of its own shares, after accounting for transactions related to employee share ownership. This financial commitment underscores the Group's confidence in its long-term strategy and its desire to enhance shareholder value. These buybacks contribute to better capital allocation and the optimization of the company's financial structure.
