Sidetrade Reports 14% Revenue Growth in 2025
The specialist in artificial intelligence solutions dedicated to Order-to-Cash announces a consolidated revenue of 61.4 million euros in 2025, up by 14% at constant exchange rates, according to the press release published this Wednesday. SaaS subscription revenues have increased by 20% at constant rates.
Annual Contract Value and Order Intake
The group reports that the annual value of new contracts signed (ACV) stands at 11.04 million euros for the fiscal year 2025, compared to 12.73 million euros in 2024, marking a decline of 13%. According to the company, the second half of 2025 saw a return to stabilization with order intakes amounting to 5.16 million euros, compared to 5.31 million euros in the second half of 2024, a limited variation of 2.8%. In the fourth quarter of 2025, Sidetrade recorded 3.25 million euros in ACV order intakes, including 1.3 million euros of new annual recurring subscription revenue and 1.95 million euros from service orders. The level of order intakes in 2025 remains close to that of 2023, the reference year before the historical record set in 2024, the press release specifies.
SaaS Subscriptions and International Growth
SaaS subscriptions reached 53.5 million euros in 2025, up by 20% at constant exchange rates and 18% in reported data, according to the group. On a like-for-like basis, organic growth at constant exchange rates was 10% in 2025. Internationalization continues to be a growth driver, with 71% of revenue generated outside of France. North America recorded a 25% increase at constant exchange rates and now accounts for 30% of the global revenue, becoming the group's leading region. The acquisition of ezyCollect contributed 2.2 million euros to the revenue since its integration on October 1, 2025, with the Asia-Pacific region representing 13% of the global revenue in the fourth quarter of 2025. Subscriptions from companies generating more than 2.5 billion euros in revenue grew by 23% and represent 54% of the Enterprise portfolio, the company indicates.
Deployment of Autonomous AI Agent Aimie
Sidetrade announces that four multinationals have chosen to evaluate its autonomous artificial intelligence agent Aimie in real-world conditions. According to the press release, the goal is to deploy 15 autonomous agents by the end of the first quarter of 2026, capable of contacting thousands of debtors and qualifying tens of thousands of invoices without human intervention. Aimie is described as capable of executing collection actions and interacting over the phone with humans, leveraging transactional and behavioral signals from the Sidetrade Data Lake to contact a customer at the optimal time and qualify an unpaid invoice. The group also reports the renewal of its ISO 27001 certification, aligned with the 2022 edition, and the publication of SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II reports. Sidetrade has received two distinctions from EthiFinance and EcoVadis in 2025, validating its maturity in environmental, social, and governance policies.
