Stellantis and MSX International Launch Octago to Develop Eurorepar Car Service
Stellantis announced on Tuesday the rollout of an integrated model for performance and expansion for its Eurorepar Car Service network in Europe. Supported by a joint venture named Octago, which combines Stellantis and MSX International, this initiative aims to assist independent workshops in their growth and operational performance.
A Partnership to Professionalize Independent Workshops
The partnership between Stellantis and MSX International has created a dedicated structure, Octago, tasked with developing the Eurorepar Car Service network. This initiative provides licensed workshops with a range of resources: targeted technical and commercial training, operational support in workshops, advanced analytical tools and performance benchmarking, as well as data-driven insights to aid decision-making and client management. The system relies on a dedicated team working daily alongside workshops and distributors, supported by a unified data ecosystem, AI-powered tools, and continuous support.
