Stellantis and Wayve to Present Their Automated Driving at Wave by Vento 2026 in Turin
The multimarque automaker (Peugeot, Fiat, Jeep) will participate in the Wave by Vento 2026 show, from October 7 to 9 in Turin, to illustrate its strategy regarding artificial intelligence applied to automated driving.
On this occasion, Stellantis and its partner Wayve will organize public demonstrations and a roundtable bringing together their executives.
Automated Driving Demonstrations on Fiat 500e and Maserati Grecale
During the event, Stellantis and Wayve will offer demonstration routes in development vehicles Fiat 500e and Maserati Grecale, equipped with the STLA AutoDrive platform combined with Wayve technology.
These vehicles demonstrate supervised automated driving (level 2++) from door-to-door and hands-free, in real-world conditions.
A roundtable titled "Technology Made for Humans" will bring together Stellantis Chief Executive Officer Antonio Filosa and Wayve co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Alex Kendall. Moderated by Adam Jonas, strategist at Morgan Stanley, it will be held on October 9 at 11:20 am on the main Fucine stage.
A Common Artificial Intelligence Foundation Across Multiple Platforms
According to Stellantis, the integration of the Wayve AI Driver into the STLA AutoDrive platform aims to deploy the same artificial intelligence-based driving foundation across multiple vehicles, platforms and configurations.
The integrations on the Fiat 500e and Maserati Grecale extend the one presented on the Jeep Grand Cherokee during the Stellantis Investor Day in May, expanding this common foundation to three distinct vehicles.
The strategic partnership, announced in May 2026, initially focuses on supervised automated driving from door-to-door and hands-free, in highway and urban environments. The first commercial launch is targeted for 2028 in North America.
