Stellantis appoints Michele Ziosi as Chief Public Affairs Officer starting October 2026
The Italian-American automaker has confirmed the arrival of an executive from Iveco Group to lead the global coordination of its public affairs as well as the Enlarged Europe scope. The start date is set for October 1, 2026.
A dual reporting line between region and general management
Stellantis announced on September 10, 2026, from Amsterdam, the appointment of Michele Ziosi to the position of chief public affairs officer, responsible for the Enlarged Europe scope and global coordination of the group's public affairs activities. His start date is effective October 1, 2026.
For his regional responsibilities, he will report to Emanuele Cappellano, COO Enlarged Europe. For global matters, he will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Antonio Filosa.

Michele Ziosi is joining Stellantis from Iveco Group, where he has held the position of chief public affairs & sustainability officer since 2021 and served as a member of the management team. He previously spent five years in institutional relations and public affairs positions within Fiat Group, in Italy and Brussels.
He was also a member of the board of the European Council on Foreign Relations. According to Stellantis, he brings more than twenty years of international experience in public affairs, institutional relations and regulatory strategy.
