STIF Exceeds Its Revenue Forecasts for 2025
The explosion protection specialist achieved a consolidated revenue of 90.5 million euros in 2025, surpassing its initial target of 86.6 million. This performance follows two acquisitions that expanded the French group's business portfolio.
Significant Revenue Growth in 2025
STIF recorded a revenue of 90.5 million euros in 2025, up 47.8% from 2024 (61.2 million euros), according to the group. This growth exceeds the targets set last October at 86.6 million euros. On a like-for-like basis, the revenue would have been 76 million euros, an increase of 24.2%, also above the initial target of 74.0 million euros. Including the full-year integration of the two acquisitions of Stuvex and Boss Products made in 2025, the group would have reached a proforma revenue of 104 million euros, representing a growth of 70%. This performance reflects the impact of consolidating the two recent acquisitions and the organic momentum of the group in its main markets.
Explosion Energy Division Shows Strongest Dynamics
The Explosion Energy division, specializing in the protection of battery energy storage systems (BESS), shows the best dynamics of the group according to the release. This activity generated 41.4 million euros in revenue in 2025, compared to 29.3 million euros in 2024, an increase of 41.4%. It now represents 45.8% of the total revenue. This growth is fueled by significant contracts signed with Fluence, Tesla, Sungrow, Wärtsilä, and CATL. The Passive Industrial Explosion segment, which has been enhanced by the integration of Boss Products, posted a revenue of 16.6 million euros compared to 10.8 million euros in 2024 (+53.5%). The historical bulk handling activities maintain a stable position at 19.6 million euros, although their relative weight has decreased to 21.7% of the total revenue from 31.7% a year earlier.
Balanced Sales Distribution Across Three Continental Zones
STIF reports a balanced sales distribution across three continental zones according to the release. North America represents 30.5 million euros, or 34% of total sales, up from 29.8 million euros in 2024. Europe excluding France records 24.6 million euros (27% of sales), up 60% thanks notably to the integration of Stuvex. France generates 8.4 million euros, accounting for 9% of sales. Asia shows remarkable growth, with sales increasing from 7.2 million euros in 2024 to 23.4 million euros in 2025, driven by the Vigilex Energy division and contracts with major sector players. The group indicates that this geographic coverage allows it to maintain its positions in a rapidly evolving market, particularly in Asia and North America where investments in energy storage are concentrated.
