Technip Energies: John O'Higgins Appointed as Chairman of the Board

Joseph Rinaldi, the current Chairman of the Board, has informed the Board of his intention to retire at the end of his current term, immediately after the 2026 Annual General Meeting, and that he will not seek re-election. The Board has decided to propose the nomination of John O'Higgins as a non-executive director at the 2026 Annual General Meeting and to designate him as Chairman of the Board to succeed Mr. Rinaldi, subject to his appointment as a non-executive director by the shareholders.

The Board has also decided to propose the nomination of Luc Rémont as a non-executive director, replacing Francesco Venturini, who has announced that he will not seek re-election. John O'Higgins and Luc Rémont have also been appointed as censors of the Board of Directors until the 2026 Annual General Meeting. In this role, they will attend Board meetings prior to the 2026 Annual General Meeting to ensure a smooth and effective transition to their roles as non-executive directors.
