Theon International has reached an agreement to acquire SAS Stéropès for an enterprise value of approximately €300M. This transaction involves HGH Systèmes Infrarouges, a provider of thermal imaging systems. The acquisition aligns with the group's development objectives, which already operates in more than 10 countries and has over 280,000 systems in service with armed and specialized forces in 72 countries, including 26 NATO members.
In 2025, Theon won the largest public tender for night vision goggles in the history of a NATO member state, a contract for more than 100,000 units for the Belgian and German armed forces, valued at approximately €1 billion.
