Theon Group has secured new firm orders from NATO member countries in Europe and the Middle East, totaling approximately 41 million euros. These orders include night vision goggles and additional thermal devices. The majority of these orders are part of a newly signed framework agreement with a European NATO member country, marking the fourth such agreement concluded by the group in recent months.
European Framework Agreement and Additional Orders
The European framework agreement includes additional options valued at around 40 million euros. Concurrently, Theon received a new order under the Squad Binocular Night Vision Goggle (SBNVG) program for the United States Marine Corps (USMC). This order represents the fourth delivery order issued under the multi-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract awarded in 2023.
USMC Order Enhances Firm Order Book
The USMC delivery order converts volumes from the pre-order book into firm contractual commitments, thereby strengthening the group's firm order book and ensuring delivery visibility under the program until 2027.
