Trigano Shares Bounce Over 3%, Driven by Brent's Drop
The French recreational vehicle manufacturer regains strength in the mid-afternoon, in a well-oriented Parisian market. The stock benefits from the general improvement related to the geopolitical relaxation in the Middle East, which eases the pressure on fuel-sensitive stocks. The rebound comes after several weeks of consolidation.
The stock rebounds by 3.11% and defends its technical support at €143.60
Trigano shares gained 3.11% to €152.40 during the session, in an SBF 120 that rose by 1.01%. Today's rebound brings the stock close to its short-term moving averages: the MM20 is at €154.49 and the MM50 at €153.97, about a 1% gap above the current price. The MM200, at €156.84, remains slightly higher (a gap of -2.83%). The RSI at 42 reflects the selling exhaustion observed in recent weeks, without any overbought signal.
The support at €143.60, tested on June 12, has held, and the stock is now approaching the zone of short moving averages, which it needs to surpass to initiate a bullish momentum. During the session, the progress erases part of the monthly decline, which remains at -5.34%. Over a year, the stock still holds a gain of 12.81%.
Relaxation on Brent Eases the Entire Recreational Vehicle Sector
Today's movement is part of a general rebound in cyclical stocks exposed to fuel costs. Brent has fallen by about 4% to $83.6 per barrel following the announcement of an American-Iranian framework agreement extending the ceasefire and planning the gradual reopening of the Strait of Hormuz. This relaxation directly benefits manufacturers of motorhomes and caravans, whose final demand is sensitive to gasoline prices. The session's ranking illustrates this movement: Forvia, Stellantis, and Renault lead the SBF 120 with increases exceeding 5%.
Trigano follows the same logic, though not to the same extent. In terms of valuation, the stock trades at about 9.9 times the earnings for the current fiscal year according to the consensus of surveyed analysts, with an expected EPS growth of 7.5% from one fiscal year to the next. The next step will depend on the stock's ability to reclaim the €154 zone, which corresponds to the short moving averages.
